I am in sunny Vancouver prepping for my Galapagos adventure.  I am thinking of swimming among a school of barracuda.   I can post that soon to be reenacted Galapagos adventure,  SWIMMING WITH BARRACUDA.

Here I sit on a rainy Vancouver Mon. knowing that in a few days I will be back in my happy spot, the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador. This is where I have the strongest connection with nature and also with my beautiful daughter, Laurel who left our earthly sphere on November 18, 2007.  I feel her presence in the waters that surround this perfectly preserved tropical archipelago.  I am thrilled to be close to her in this way.

I will attempt to post some pictures and videos that unite me with nature in this very best and special way.

Precious whale shark near Tortuga Island, Galapagos

This awesome creature was stupendously grand as he swam around us near Tortuga Island.   On this day I counted 18 different species of fish.
